Each of the final seven teams to sign up for season 28 will automatically be entered in a contest. The contest is simple: Accumulate the most regular season wins for your franchise this season. This number will be a total of wins from all levels, Rookie to Big League. The three teams with the highest win total will each receive a $25 gift card which is to be used for their Season 29 Happy Jack purchase.

Happy Jack rules are as follows:
-- Owners must win at least 54 games each season, or face expulsion.
-- Owners must win at least 120 games over any two seasons, or face expulsion.
-- Owners are expected to maintain appropriate levels on the minor league rosters, including no consistent use of 0(0) pitchers.

The NL East team (formerly the St. Louis Expos) has *TWO* Cy Young caliber ace starting pitchers:

Harry Chavez: 2.67 ERA and 1.15 WHIP last season in 236 innings
Daniel Ray Knowles: 2.32 ERA and 1.02 WHIP last season in 217 innings
