You choose a franchise and decade from the 50s, 60s or 70s. The franchise is exclusive for chosen decade.  There is a 70 million cap.  Individual salaries may not exceed 6 million.  No trades, no ww, no clones, no dh or no aaa prospects to help you or others. The team you select is the team you manage all season. You built the team.  Now try and manage it.  No aaa prospects to help. (no injuries)  It is a public league.   You must play in home ballpark.
