The theme is making a winner out of a loser by adding just 5 players from the same year.  The team must have lost 85 or more games.
The cap is 90 million.  You build it.  You manage it.  No trades, ww, aaa prospects, dh or clones.  No injuries will hamper the team's
play.  The players' abilities will cause spotty play.  Your selections will be major factor along with managing skill.

In your rules you stated years 1950-1979 but in one of your posts you said 1940-1979. Could you clarify which one is correct?
