Let me know if you would do something different. 

First thing would be to put Sidney at SG.(99sp+91PE+86BH) and switch him with Thompson at PG. Always put your best perimeter scoring guard at SG, unless there is a strong preference to stop the opposing SG with defense. Your rebounding ratings are in line with a good D-3 team, so no matter what you decide, it appears the team will struggle.

That rebounding is truly going to hurt you the most. Might be worthwhile to play some slowdown and let Geary play on getting tired to get as many minutes of his 92 rebounding on the floor as possible.

I agree the rebounding is going to hurt me, but all the big guys were scooped up by the top squads. I should have done a better job of planning but D1 recruiting is a nightmare sometimes...
