I Could Have Been A Contender: Round 2

85 M salary cap. Pick a team from 1946-1967 that didn't play in the World Series that year.  Teams must have a winning percentage from .525 to .578.   Roster must contain all players listed by WIS from the team of that year. Subs must cost 200K and come from the same franchise from ‘46-‘67; if this is impossible, can come from ‘01-‘45.  Twist one batter and one pitcher, plus or minus 10 years of your team's year, but must stay from ‘46-‘67.

No WW, not trades, no clones; 6/2 average AAA.  Ballparks from era.  Live play: current series only.  sixteen teams; four make the playoffs.  Roster players listed in baseball-reference.com but not WIS due to less than minimum PA or IP can be twisted if there is an open spot on the roster.

First 16 owners from Round 1 to sign up are in.  New owners will be put on a waiting list.  Team choices are by reverse order of finish in Round 1 of this theme league.  Each team can be used only once. Once 16 owners are in, and the order of team selection is set, I will email to all owners the league number.
