Its not too early if your team is a regular at the top of the draft. I would like to see the Rams trade the #2 to the Browns for their 2 #1 picks? Would both teams do that?

Why would Cleveland do that?

They would jump QB needy OAK and JAX, but if HOU takes Teddy Bridgewater it's a reach for Manziel or whoever else is out there.

Cleveland did get burned last year when the didn't pull the trigger on moving up to get RGIII, and ended up with Trent Richardson and Brandon Weeden. The people that made those selections are gone now, however.

I was assuming TB would go first.    The other QBs can be put in a paper bag, shaken and dumped out in no particular order.    And I'm not 100% sold that Bridgewater could be placed in the same bag with the same results.   I don't expect another QB to be taken before 10th or so.   You've got Clowney(DE), Nix(DT), Matthews(OL), Watkins/Evans(WR) and Mosely(LB) that should go before another QB.   If nothing else, Cleveland could probably trade down to get Manziel, Bortles or Carr.

Peter King was suggesting the Browns use the pick they got for Richardson to trade for Cousins as he's a solid option and more NFL-ready than anyone in the draft. I'm sure the Skins would take that. Not sure if the Browns would do it.
