The conference coaches cut a lot of dead weight and brought in 59 fresh new recruits. That was good enough to rank 7th overall among the conferences. The 10 new coaches adjusted Depth Charts, Player and Team Practice Plans, Tempo settings, Halftime settings, and End of Game settings to remove all traces the ridiculous sim AIs left. We played a couple of exhibition games and now we are ready to face the regular season schedules. Here is what we have at the beginning of our 1st season:

We've made it through the non-conference schedule. The SOS reflects some tough scheduling and some cupcake scheduling courtesy of the previous sim AI coaches. Here is where we stand as we prepare to do battle amongst ourselves.

Gonzaga takes the conference tourney and the one bid to the Dance.  Portland and Grambling off to the PIT.  A long march begins with a single step, progress all around the conference this season.

I just wanted to say Thanks to Chris (creilmann) for organizing and promoting this super conference. He put in many tedious hours sending out invitations and exchanging emails with a large number of coaches in order to put this thing together. He deserves our sincere appreciation for a job well done.

I would also like to thank all the coaches who believed in this idea and were willing to give up well established teams of high prestige and take over these D- and D rated schools. Thanks everyone. It was a spectacular opening season and the best is yet to come.
