Hey Vets, why hasn't this guy received any injury recovery yet?  From what I am reading you are supposed to get 2, one at 21 and one at 59 before coming off?  I'm afraid he is only going to get one now before he comes off and not reclaim all his ratings?  Any ideas what is going.
