"3. Round 1 - 6 owners die automatically (3 from each conf... whoa to he who has no team make the playoffs. you're out!)"

^I'm confused about what that means.

The deciding whether to bet or not seems unfair to the team that has a better record.  As the playoffs go on, a team that slips in to the next round will just rest on what he has, and deprive a truly dominant team a chance at decent winnings.

I can see banking a certain amount, but ultimately, I would think every round should be a "double or nothing" type situation where the winner takes the stack - or at least a majority of it.

How do you deal with the possibility of someone tanking against their better twin?

yeah I'm in 2.  Haven't used the WW for a long time.  Does it recognize the 48M cap?
and thomcat the conf. don't play each other enough for that strategy to make much of a difference.
but it's something the commish can deal with

I believe that falls under "sandbagging" as described earlier.
