No email will be sent. You can't do anything with him until his health reaches 60. That is the earliest you can play him but most coaches tend to wait until he is around 80. As a general rule of thumb, you can consider the health rating as a percentage. So at a 60 rating he will perform at about 60% of his skill. When you do bring him back, you might consider putting him as a backup until his health returns to a number you can live with as a starter. Be aware that he will expect to play once he reaches 60. So if you sit him for too long he may start to loose some skill and WE ratings. He may also get very upset if he has been promised starts or minutes.
