I was new 4 seasons ago, and like djcompulsive found these guy's to be no less than awesome! Every vet owner in this league/world has been very helpful, answering my questions every time I needed help and never making me feel quite as dumb as they must have thought I was at times! (LOL) Seriously, I hope to play HBD for as long as I'm physically able to and will be in this league as long as I play the game...

All new players and veteran HBDers looking for stability and realistic baseball results....this is the league you want to join. Our recordbook is not filled with 80+HR, 200+ RBI guys...we work together to manage our league and ensure realism, as much as the game allows. We are coming off one of our most competitive seasons ever and have solid teams, able to compete immediately ready to go.

The final NL team available was 41-40 on the road last yr, better than some playoff teams. A change of scenery may mean a real run this season!
The AL west team went 89-73 last season and made the playoffs!
The AL east team is a strong rebuild with a high draft choice and a lot of young talent!

Both AL teams remaining are worth having. One is playoff ready and a WS contender, the other is maybe one year away from the playoffs, but could be in this year with the right kind of management. Very similar to my team the first year I was in this world...and my first year in HBD!
