I commented in a different thread about using slowdown to counter usage penalties, and am looking for others experience.
I have a progressive league team which has several low usage players for this season such that team usage will range from 6-12, and typically 8-9. To try to minimize subsequent usage penalties (team + individual), I have been running slow-down to limit the number of "usage touches". Slow-down is stated to have its own associated shooting penalty, but it's not clear which penalty is worse (usage or slow-down). Of course, there is the possibility that I hit all of them
Any thoughts ?
