Would you put him as a SG or SF on this team? Topic

Where would you put Robert Ragan on this team?  He is a solid player but I am wondering if he should be coming off the bench as a SF because of his low offensive IQ.  What do you guys think?

He should be able to abuse most backup SF's on offense.  He'll probably have a 15+ advavantage in speed and his PER is 80+?   He's a 3 point threat off the bench in  my book.
