minimum 55 wins in a single season.
minimum 120 wins in any two consecutive seasons.

Available Teams:

NL South: 74-88 Did not qualify for playoffs.

AL North: 69-93 Did not qualify for playoffs.  Has the 8th pick in the draft.  Team does have some talent, and a few big contracts.  Could probably compete for a playoff spot. 

AL East:  93-69, Wildcard team.  Lost in ALCS.

The Sandlot is a great world.  Very little turnover and no team dominates.
