I am just asking but I really could get some good helpful tips on having a winning team if it is hockey,football,basketball and baseball . I am new to this and would like it if anybody here can give me some helpful tips on winning so far it has not,happen to me

Start in any forum that has the descriptor "This is the place to discuss the game". There is usually threads that will help out with the strategy of each game.

You won't find a more thorough overview than contrarian23's "advice for newbies" in the sim baseball thread. Bar none, the best place to start.
