Branch Rickey  is one of the most competitive worlds. We had only one team win 100 games in S19 and only one team loss 100 games. In season 18 no team lost 100 games.

Our major private league rule is the cap on the $20 million prospect budget. We don't allow teams to transfer $20, $30, or $40 million and take the 50% hit, so they can sign a IFA. What are some of the benefits of the rule?

• Teams sign more Free Agents making the world more competitive. 
• Teams spend a little more on scouting. This enhances the quantity & quality of vision for IFA's and Draft picks.
• Teams have more cash on hand to make that trade during the season if they need to take on a big contract for the playoff push.
