Besides the 100m TOC that open league teams qualify for, what other salary level TOC's are there???

Speaking of TOCs being slow to fill, I once had to wait several MONTHS for a TOC to fill,  It took so long that I had forgotten about it and had to review my roster to see what kind of team I had. lol

Months isn't bad.  At the very low caps and the odd high caps you can wait a year or even years for a TOC to fill.

several years ago, I waited over 2 years for a low cap TOC to fill, and that was after they combined them.

It's team went in from the 2012 WIS Championship....2 more teams just went in from the 2013 WIS Championship.  At least we will keep getting a couple teams from every tournament so at this rate we only have to wait about another 6-7 years to fill.

Yes, I have "a narrow experience" when it comes to having to wait years for a TOC to fill, for the reason that I generally play in OLs and some theme leagues where the cap is at least $90 mil. Other than that, I think I have enough experience with the game itself.
