You choose a 3-year period for a team.  You draft a team using 100 million cap.  The team and their years are exclusive to only you.
For example 51-53 Dodgers or 67-69 Reds.  The franchise may be used multiple times.  For example, 40-43 Yanks, 50-53 Yanks or 60-63 Yanks.  No ww, no trades, no dreaded prospects, no clones, no dh, and no twists are available.  You draft. You manage. You win or lose with
your selected team.  The teams will be aligned chronologically after rosters are checked.  My hope is that teams from different eras have a
more even playing field to make playoffs.  Uou must play in team's home ballpark.
