The WIBL is a great progressive and my favorite to play in. We have 15 owners that have been with us for 10+ seasons and there is always a lot of trades going on. This year we have had Pedro and Curt Schilling traded. There are 24 teams in the league and a 30 win floor by game 120. Philly needs a good owner to rebuild its team. Philly already has two 1st round draft picks and the talent to trade for more. They are on pace to draft the at the #2 overall position. The roster for 2003 is :
