This is a 200,000,000 Cap League. Use the First Letter of a players last name once when drafting and move on to a different letter. Example,If you choose Don Awrey,you may no longer use the letter "A" in the first letter of a players last name again. Great Minor leaguers and they are exempt from the A-z rule.There will be a ML draft prior to start of season. No CLONES,trades,waiver wire,p.i.,or shootouts.Thanks
