arb requests asking for min salary Topic

I know if a player doesn't receive regular playing time, he'll just ask for what he was paid the previous year in arbitration.

Anyone know how many PA's to give/ innings to have them pitch if you want them to do this?

From my experience, it's somewhere around 250 at bats or so.  And for pitchers, if they're relievers, it's around 30 innings, if they're starters, closer to 80 innings.  This is just from my personal experience of players only asking for the minimum in arbitration, if someone has better data, please correct me.
