The Birth of the Big Leagues (BOBL) is entering our 13th season, 1897/1927....

The 1897 side is winding down from the offensive peak of the mid 1890s, and heading into the 1900/1910's, two of the most pitching dominant eras. The 1927 side will continue with dominant offense through the 1930's. A lot of starts going forward from both sides, Mathewson, Joss, Brown, Honus Wagner, Jimmie Foxx, and many more.

The league features an 8 team lottery, no DH, no AAA, no Cap, and allow you to draft an addition 4 players to keep in AAA (so max roster of 29). The league is active with trades and has great group of long term owners. Typically little turnover in this league!
