28 teams, 6 divisions. No WW. DH in AL only. 12/20 below-average AAA. Unlimited keepers (except for 1998 offseason, which will have 15 keepers plus 2 pullbacks to accommodate expansion Tampa Bay and Arizona). Add/drop after the draft before season starts.

40-game Live minimum for postseason and lottery. 35-win minimum as well for lottery.

Wow.  I was looking at the Florida team and it looks horrible.  Without cutting anybody, the payroll is $46.3mil.  With the draft and the AAA, I'm sure I will have enough IP and PA, but the wins floor looks awfully challenging with this squad.  If somebody wants it, let them have it, but i'm thinking about it....

The 20 AAA P takes care of the IP as even the worst AAA IP at 100% is better than a ridiculously tired pitcher.
