Porn.

It is bad. Dirty. UnChristianlike. Sinful. A darn public health crisis!

Well, at least the Republican Party declared it so earlier this month during their draft party platform meeting earlier this month.

CNN reports that North Carolina delegate Mary Frances Forrester , aka Ms. Prude, proposed this amendment while clutching her pearls and waving a rosary around the meeting as she wailed about her husband liking that "smut" and talking to her with words that she could never utter out loud for fear that God would come and strike her down.

She said, as she wailed about the incredible danger porn poses:

"The internet must not become a safe haven for predators, Pornography, with its harmful effects, especially on children, has become a public health crisis that is destroying the life of millions. We encourage states to continue to fight this public menace and pledge our commitment to children's safety and well-being. We applaud the social networking sites that bar sex offenders from participation."

Well, in fairness, she did mention children, so maybe she was trying to make it health crisis for child pornography, which IS truly abhorrent. Unfortunately, she labeled ALL porn under the same wide paintbrush.

Fast forward a few weeks to the RNC in Cleveland. Upon this city descended tens of thousands of God fearing, mostly Christian, white men. Men who stand by their wives, never cheat (chuckle, cough, choking), abstain from drugs and other "bad" things.

But wait a minute.

During the one week of the RNC, online porn viewership was higher in Cleveland than in New York City, Miami, and Los Angeles, according to xHamster, a leading porn site.

The News Observer reports that viewership was a full 184 percent higher than usual! How much porn were they watching? In between all the fear mongering, hate speech, Hillary bashing...were they streaming in the bathroom on their iPhones?

Total number of view just during that week - 873,294 views.

Also, xHamster notes that one of the trending search words was "Trump" which, when thinking about it, is utterly disgusting. Were they searching for Trump related porn? Maybe a character that looked like him? Or did they mean to go to google and just fell into a porn site? Is that the excuse? "Those boobs on screen looked just like the OO in Google"

I went on about that a couple of weeks ago. I guess, because you're slow, you're just hearing about it.

Hillary Clinton's coronation as the Democratic presidential candidate was set to be overshadowed by walkouts and sit-ins amid fresh allegations of dirty tricks against her left-wing rival Bernie Sanders.

On the eve of the party's convention in Philadelphia 20,000 emails were made public by Wikileaks showing supposedly neutral senior party officials tried to undermine Mr Sanders's insurgent left-wing campaign by publicly portraying him as an atheist.

Convention delegates supporting Mr Sanders, with whom Mrs Clinton fought an acrimonous primary battle, threatened protests, and his supporters planned marches outside the hall including delivering a coffin signifying the party was "dead" to them.

Norman Solomon, a Sanders delegate to the convention from California, told the Washington Post: "The outrage is not just smouldering, it is burning. There has been an insurgency in the party far beyond anybody'’s expectations."

(CNN)The bounce is back.

Donald Trump comes out of his convention ahead of Hillary Clinton in the race for the White House, topping her 44% to 39% in a four-way matchup including Gary Johnson (9%) and Jill Stein (3%) and by three points in a two-way head-to-head, 48% to 45%. That latter finding represents a 6-point convention bounce for Trump, which are traditionally measured in two-way matchups.
There hasn't been a significant post-convention bounce in CNN's polling since 2000.

But Tec says there's ALWAYS a significant post convention bump.... ALWAYS!!!

Are you gonna believe Tec or your lyin' eyes?

You seem to have been correct and on point for over a year now.

If I were you, I'd start listening to myself. That would be you. There is no substitute for success.

Democrats have given, Obama has given Putin whatever he wants. Remember it was Obama shortly before the 2012 election who told Medvedev (paraphrasing), "Hey, hey, just tell Vlad to be patient. When I win reelection, I'll have all kinds of flexibility." Talking about nuclear disarmament and so forth. But the trick is that the Democrats want to deflect any attention from the contents of the emails and try to get you to believe that the substance is not what's important here, that what's really important is how did this happen.

You are supposed to ignore all of this collusion. You're supposed to ignore that the DNC and the media were jointly connected in an effort to destroy the Bernie Sanders campaign. That's not important. No. What's important is how you found out about it. And again it's some dirty trickster trying once again to trick the innocent and well-intentioned poor little Hillary. What a crock.

RUSH: Trump got a convention bounce and it's a big one, a six-point convention bounce... Believe me. Don't doubt me on this. Despite the smiling and attempts at everything's okay and all is normal that you're seeing from Democrats this week, they're worried. They are panicked. Because Trump was supposed to be nowhere near Hillary. Trump was not supposed to be close, much less leading.

"The 2016 USC Dornsife / LA Times Presidential Election Poll represents a pioneering approach to tracking changes in Americans' opinions throughout a campaign for the White House. Around 3000 respondents ... are asked questions on a regular basis on what they care about most," and in this race it's Trump. So, again, I'm only mentioning this ladies and gentlemen, because I have been called a "data denier." I've been blamed by others on our side of the aisle for being in denial of data -- in other words, by not believing polls.

This is something that traces back to the Romney-Obama campaign of 2012. "You've gotta believe what the data says! You can't be a data denier. That's living in a fantasyland!" So I'm just telling what the data is. In that CNN poll, by the way, it's always the case, particularly with traditional polls. You go to the internals, it's bad for Hillary. The end result even now has Trump way up. But get this. Hillary Clinton: "Do you consider her honest and trustworthy?" Yes, 30%. No, 68%. That's CNN and just some of the internals, which do not look good for Hillary.

PA leaning red ???!!!
I've been told never, never, never, over and over and over.
I've had other polls saying the like dismissed.
It simply can not be true, because WIS Political Experts say it can not.

I never pay attention to you so I may have "missed" your post. Then again you claim credit for everything so I am not surprised.
