The Boston Red Sox have completed the biggest turnaround season in baseball history. No other World Series champ had a win pct the year before as low as Boston's .426.

The league is simple.  You choose a last place team from 1983-2013.  For example if I chose the 2012 Houston Astros, my roster would breakdown like this:

-20 players from the Houston Astros 2012 team (using those players 2013 seasons - even if they were not with the Houston Astros the following year.
-3 hitters from any team from the 2013 season
-2 pitchers from any team from the 2013 season

100 Mil Cap
No WW or trades
6/4 average AAA
50 game live requirement for playoffs
Must play in the home stadium of your team
