What sort of growth do you see in STLs in their first couple seasons? With a redshirt? 

I just recruited an STL QB (my first STL to ever land!) and will be redshirting him. His WE is only 39, but he will start the next 4 seasons after this one. 

Typically about 25-30 points of growth in the RS season, after that it always depends on how many games you get him in and his WE.  You can expect 35-50 points of growth each season thereafter though.  From a GUESS standpoint, 3-5 points per season, but it can slow down as you hit the upper end and individual attributes top out.  For reference, here is an STL WR that was RS'd.  http://guess.gdreports.com/player/history?player=8484368&school=264&world=11

Hold up!!!  Which team did you land the stl??  Your d2 Southwest baptist?   Don't worry about the low we if you intend to start him a ll 4 years. he will have a we of 70 minimum by the tim,e he is a senior.

As you can plainly see; he grew incredibly.  d3 is much better. I have had kids grow 70 points in a season at d3.

d2 will be MUCH higher growth than this example I gave.
