Support Ticket Response Time Topic

How long does it typically take for WIS to respond and take action on a support ticket? I submitted one on 3/22 that is still in limbo.  Anyone have any experience with this?

I have had fairly good success recently.  I have asked for a team to be transferred twice in the last month and they have done it within 3 days.

I have a ticket submitted on FEBRUARY 9th that hasn't been responded to yet. Evidently I don't matter to them.

I've submitted loads of tickets over the years and have usually been very satisfied with the responses.  Remember to be polite (I'm not saying anyone wasn't!), and if you don't get a response within 3-4 days bump the ticket so they know you're still waiting.

Thanks for the feedback.  One of the tickets I had submitted is now taken care of and I'm waiting on the other one.
