This is a new idea for a 30 team league:
- The draft order is different. Each person has 200M to spend on the positions. Here is an example of what it may look like:

For the catcher position B would go 1st. For 1st base B would go first, etc.
-THE MONEY IS ONLY FOR DECIDING DRAFT POSITION. YOU HAVE UNLIMITED SALARY CAP!
-If there is a tie, I will randomly select.
-OF will go around 3 times. A would select, then B, then A, then B, then A, then B. SP and RP would rotate 4 times. For the last 9 players, there will be a random draft order for bench.
-This is a only 2013 player league!
-You cannot spend 0 on a position 1 is the least.
So that's just a new league! I must have left out something so please ask questions so I can clarify. We need 30 owners.
