Ok so here are my thoughts on this season. I have removed all player names and more importantly owners knowledge from my picks. These picks are souly based off a crazy data base I use at work to determine equipment downtime.

Lets start in the AFC

AFC EAST

1st place with 5392 total points Chi Town Boogie
Strengths
-Overall the best Qb group and WR/TE group in the division.
-Best RB in the division
-2nd best overall defense in the division
Weakness
-All around specail teams, returning teams, kicker and punting all are weakest in the division
-Can RB Larry Johnson carry the load

2nd place with 5333 total points Run Run Bomb
Strengths
-Best defense in the division
-Best group of RBs
-Best QB in the division
-Good special teams unit, especially strong kick return game
-Kicking game, Vanderjagt...enough said
Weakness
-Can the Oline keep Young on his feet?
-WR stamina? Can this team convert 3rd and longs?
-Will the all or nothing style offense survive in this league against good defenses?

3rd place with 4975 points Buffalo Wild Wings
Strengths
-Very solid defense, offensive line and specail teams.
-Overall best WR/TE group in the divison
-One of the better kicking/punting groups
Weakness
-Can the BUS gain yards? Will he average over 2 yards per carry?
-Richie Anderson? Could the $$$ have been used to upgrade the BUS?
-Can Favre survive always being in long passing downs?

4th place with 4784 total points Midway Monster
Strength
-Good kicking/punting group
-RB run stamina..two headed attack of Barry Sanders and Lydell Mitch
-Best special teams in the division
Weakness
-Defense....can they stop the run or 3rd down conversations?
-Not much bang on offense. Passing 3rd and long maybe an issue with this squad?
-RB....Two headed monster? Will either average 3 yards a carry?

Got stuck on the road again.

So I failed badly completing this BUT I was on target for the one division I did. My OEE spread sheet looks as if was a good fit. It had Chi town over Toms run run bomb team but by only a few points. In real life run run bomb bested Chi town but they were so close they even tied once. Johns team I had rated at 3rd which they came in and Mid way a distant 4th which they were. I will attempt this again this season, I think it would have been interesting to see who the system would have picked as overall champion................

Being like the NFL I see a few teams building "copy cat" teams based off Tom's sucess last season. The two back formula with accurate QB and Deep threat WR/TE.
