Only rookies may be drafted. Players that begin play in the NFL in 1941, the AAFC in 1946, and the AFL in 1960 are considered rookies unless players in the AAFC and AFL were carded in the NFL previously. Players that skip seasons may be carried on an injured reserve until they become active again.
Dropped players may be picked up by another team, but the player may not start over as a rookie.
Team defenses, OL and Special Teams are not keepers and must be re-drafted each year.
Salary cap is $80,000,000
Subsequent drafts are determined by reverse order of the previous year's standings.
