North American Border Battle ($120m/DH) FULL Topic

MLB109109: Inspired by this article below detailing the rooting interests of each region of the country, I decided to put together a one-time only league pitting 24 regions of North America against one another.  Choose your team below and follow the instructions for each team.  I tried to balance player availability, geography, and the divisions in the best possible ways.

Salary cap is $120m.

YES: DH, Live Play

NO: Injuries, Clones, Trades, Waiver Wire, AAA

RULES: Pick 12 players born in the state or region from EACH side of the hyphen as listed below. The final player is your Wildcard and can be anyone who played High School, College, or Professional baseball (MLB included) in any part of your claimed region. The Wildcard player is exclusive to your team. He may appear on other rosters, but not as another team's Wildcard selection.

For example, if you chose NY-NJ, you would select 12 players born in NY, 12 from NJ, and could claim Babe Ruth as your wildcard player and the Polo Grounds as your ballpark. If you chose the Big Sky-Western Canada grouping, you select 12 players from the 5 states listed in that grouping, 12 from Western Canada, Vean Gregg (attended South Dakota St. University) as your wildcard player, and the Kingdome (closest in proximity) as your ballpark.

BALLPARK: Pick any ballpark found in your region. If you do not have one, pick the closest geographically to your region. There will be only one instance of each ballpark in the league. If you do not have a ballpark found in your region, pick any ballpark within 500 square miles of your region or in a bordering state (whichever is closer). For the Hawaii/Puerto Rico team, your options are in California or Florida.

CLAIM YOUR REGION, BALLPARK, and WILDCARD player in the forum. I will choose mine once we have 12 teams signed up in the forum.

For purposes of this league, the following professional leagues listed in this link will be accepted, in addition to all Fall and Winter leagues, for the Wilcard players:
