Trying to come up with new theme league ideas is always best conducted with user input, much like a company trying to figure out what new products consumers are going to buy and how to strategically market.

Based upon the amount of NFL draft talk, no thanks in part to the NFL directly moving the draft back a full 2 weeks, I thought this could be a fun theme.

The premise: select an exclusive year, and use players that were drafted from your year and twist to any season of their career.  OL/D/ST would need to include a defensive player from your draft year.  I haven't researched too deep into drafts but would imagine every draft has at least one Kicker and Punter available.  Otherwise use any K/P from your year.

Have no idea what an appropriate cap would be but normally leagues around $75-$80 million provide enough room for some studs, but not enough to load up at every position.
