So I grabbed a D3 team this season in Tark...this was to be thefern team and arguably still is lol...I was able to pull a guy down from D2, and I was just curious how often, if at all you pull guys down at D3.  I had 3 open ships, filled all 3, but again only the 1 pulldown.  Recruiting at D3 reminds me of how/why I find D3 unplayable/unenjoyable.

So what do you guys do in regards to D3 pulldowns?

I usually only have enough money to pulldown oneor two  D2 guys

the difference in cost between a SV 10 miles away and 199 miles away is only $40. in d3, you can pull down multiple players if you are disciplined and stay within 200 miles for each pull down, subject to availability of desirable pulldown recruits in that distance.

Thank you for applying to thefern.  We will keep your application on file for 6 months, thus there's no need to resubmit one unless your qualifications have significantly improved.

I get about 65% of my D3 recruits from pulldowns.  But pulldowns can be costly especially when you have a D2 considering you, and a few cycles later, a D2 team comes and picks him up. And if you only had the cash for one or two recruits, this can be devastating.  It's a risk/reward type of recruiting.

Do you guys know if it is possible to pulldown Jucos?
