Welcome to the 20th edition of the Non-Invitational.  You're still not invited.

We're back, and this time with another new salary cap.  From season twelve on, the defending champion picks the next salary cap.  Season nineteen resulted in hurst47 winning the championship out of a playoff group that included 454 total World Series wins.  For season twenty, hurst has decided to give us $153M.  We hope to have the same kind of quality competition again for season twenty, and new owners are always welcome.
