It take too long to fill a league.  I joined a $108 mil league about 3 weeks ago.  nobody has joined since.  HELP !

Agreed.  It's tough to get 24 owners together on a "reasonable" league (42-57 million).  This will NEVER happen.

in part because there's absolutely no need for it - it's hard not to overdraft useless minutes at half that cap level
