Private league. Many longtime owners (10 have been hear more than 20 seasons) and a handful of others around for more than 10. Loss of owners has been loss of interest in the game, not in our league.

Private League, we have never gone public. Will take newbies if they have other WiFs experience, but we do screen.

One rule: Must exceed 120 wins in any two consecutive seasons.

We have had minimal problems with minor leagues. As commish, I check minor league boxscores across the league and try to alert owners if I see staff fatigue issues.

Our league has always been competitive but low stress and friendly.  Owners keep up with their organizations regularly.  Trades are made, but not excessively, or just for the sake of shuffling players.  Very few 100+ win or loss seasons occur.  League chat is light, arguments and drama is non existent, and a lot of re evaluation is done ( running inside joke).

We have had a lot of success pulling in new owners who have played other What If products, and want to try out Hardball Dynasty.  Also have had a lot of experienced owners looking to add a team in a stable world come on board and stay long term.
