Hmmm... great idea, but it's remarkable how few guys have rooted for a team or teams as opposed to a collection of All Stars. A lower cap and/or lower games played by draftees might produce teams of actual favorites. That said:

I understand your point and the only reason I went with 140 mil which is essentially unlimited is the draft aspect and it is the first iteration.  Once I see where the teams shake out Cap wise I will adjust in future iterations if the league catches on.
