I think this rule amendment will cover your issue, also the worst Canuck season will have goaltenders meeting the Save % requirement.

RULE AMENDMENT:

I'm thinking of adding a rule that allows each franchise to choose 3 players that played with their franchise, and only use those franchise stats, but they don't have to be part of the Best or Worst season.

May help get owners. I know there's a lot of teams that are perceived as weaker than most. This rule may help that.

Ideas?

I will keep searching.  Put  me down as TBD

Canucks already have a disadvantage without using KIrk Mclean or Kay Whitmore in net.

Having to use a Wild Card at goalie would be a waste at 91 SAV%

94-95 Kirk McLean season will work fine

I was looking at joining this league and using the Canucks and ran into a problem.

The 2010-11 Canucks had 117 points.  There were two goalies on that team.  Roberto Luongo has only two seasons with Sav% under 91 cap.  One with 20 GP and the other with 24.  Corey Schneider has one with 8 GP.

Is there anyway you could raise the cap to 92%.

Thanks Poddy. Yeah, this would allow you to use a wild card goalie. And it's not a waste by any means.

There's a lot of options for the Canucks. Dan Cloutier is a fine choice.

I'll take the Canucks. Then.

I'm in and will take the Nordiques/Avalanche Franchise.  I believe we are looking at 1989-90 as worst (31 points in 80 games) and 2000-01 as best (118 points in 82 games).

If this flies, I will jump in with Montreal.  Best season - 1976-77 and worst season - 2000-2001.  Might do some checking for a second franchise if I get the time.

I'll take NY Rangers, best looks like 93-94 worst looks like 84-85

Worst season:  1975-76 Kansas City Scouts (36 points)
