Do we use actual rosters, not the rosters in the WIS database? For instance, Corey Crawford played 1 game for the Blackhawks in their best season (2009-10) but he doesn't appear in the database in 2009-10. Can I use him?
correct on SA%. you can use another season of crawford, correct.

Sorry, another clarification... it says:

10. STRIKE SEASONS NOT INCLUDED!!!

Does that just mean when factoring best/worst seasons? Can we use players from strike seasons?

that means 94-95 and 12-13 do not include in factoring worst seasons because they only played 48 games.

Don't forget to update the available franchise list.  Ducks were taken a bit ago and are still up there.  But there are some EXCELLENT/POTENT teams in that group and only three to close out:  Sharks, Stars, Senators etc.   ...

just to clarify:

-no injuries?
-are there minor leaguers?  
-I have to play my "wild cards" at least 20 games.....but my regular roster guys don't have to play at least 20??

welcome! vancouver is a good one. no injuries. no mlers.

every player must play AT LEAST 20 games including your wild card players. why? to keep it fair and then once some of the slackers have played their 20 games you can get strategic with other players. nudge nudge wink wink.
