Rules:

(1)  Choose players from the last 60 years in SIM (1953-2013) with a 120 Million salary cap.
(2)  Your offense must have at least 300 Home Runs, 300 stolen bases and 800 K's
(3)  Each individual pitcher must have a WHIP of 1.20 or greater, an ERA of 3.00 or greater and a K/9 of 8.00 or greater
(4)  No clones, waiver wire, trades or AAA
(5)  Your catchers must have an Arm rating of C+ or worse ( C+, C, C-, D+, D, or D-) - - gotta give the stolen base guys chances to be stolen base guys ;-)
(6)  There are 12 ballparks to choose from - they are 12 of the most offensively inclined so draft innings for pitching staff!!.  The parks are:  Mile High Field, Coors Field, Wrigley Field L.A., Memorial Field L.A., The Ballpark at Arlington, Ameriquest Field, Enron Field, Atlanta Fulton County Stadium, Hilltop Park, The Baker Bowl, Oriole Park IV and Fenway Park in Boston.

I would join, sounds fun, was hoping this would take off.

I will keep bumping to top for next couple of days.  If it starts to take off then good, if not, oh well.  But I will put you in there conditionally :-)

I would do at a lower cap, if you would be at all interested in adjusting it. Maybe 90 or 100 mil?

I like the idea and would play at a $110m cap or less.

OK, I have re-did this to try and get more attention to league.

The years are now 1953 to 2013 so its 60 years instead of 30.
The salary cap is 120 million, no AAA so if you get to tournament of Champions you will not be at unfair advantage (as opposed to 110 million cap where you would be placed up to 120)

League should be high scoring, lots of Home runs and lots of stolen bases.
