I've narrowed down what I look for in a PF/C and a SG/PG but SF is really being tough for me to pinpoint what I should be looking for? I run motion/man so I assume he should have good BH/P but what about EVERY other category? What makes a good SF? So far it looks like just an all - around player is good at that position, a non-specialist but for other coaches anything specifc you guys look for?

Since you're running man, I would suggest emphasizing REB (along with ATH / DEF). This means your SF should look more like a fast PF than like a slow G... and here's why:

Creating a good man defense requires high ATH / DEF from your PF and C. In D3, high ATH / DEF PF/Cs usually have relatively low REB. But a good man defense will generate a lot of missed shots and therefore rebound opportunities. If your SF is a better than average rebounder, you will convert more of those rebound opportunities into defensive rebounds, meaning fewer offensive rebounds for your opponents.

I usually like my SF to have very high ATH/DEF, and not worry too much about offensive production (although it is never a problem to have an all-around SF). Therefore, when i play teams with an elite scorer, i have the flexibility of moving him around.
