We have 3 4 3 2 1 openings this season.

We have a gentle minimum win requirement (110 wins over 2 seasons, 170 over 3), and we do not allow personal attacks on the chat board. We also require prospective owners to have a minimum of 3 current, consecutive seasons in a single world, OR a strong record of commitment and success at another dynasty game such as HD or GD. We reserve the right not to admit people who meet these requirements, for whatever reason.

Available teams:

AL North:  This is an exciting opportunity for an owner looking for a challenge.  I'm not going to lie to you:  the team went 67-95 last season, has $88M committed in payroll this season to a group with an average age over 31, and no minor league team had a better than .375 winning percentage.  They did draft, sign, and keep 5 first round picks in the last 3 seasons, so the organization isn't totally bare.  But this team wants an owner who can strip it down and rebuild it over the next 3 seasons or so. 

AL East:  Taken 7/29.

NL West 1:  Taken 8/1.

NL West 2: Taken 8/3.
