I just finished my first season. I understand that I couldn't redshirt at the beginning of the season due to not having paid for the next season. I assume that I can't go back and redshirt those guys now that I've paid for another season, or can I?

When the current season 102 rolls over to 103 your roster page will give you the option to red shirt  any available players, this you can then do if you have further seasons for this world. You can red shirt up to 3 players a season but as they are at the start of season 103.

However, when you redshirt a sophomore, their Work Ethic (WE) will decrease about 6 points. Not a huge issue for most players, but just something to consider. If you redshirt a junior, their WE will tank. A senior - they might just leave the team.

Question, does playing in exhibition games kill the ability to redshirt?

Pretty sure the answer is no. I'm like 99%sure that they San still play in exhibition games.

100%no. I usually put my FR at the top of the depth charts for EXH games just to get as much ability bump as I can before RS or resetting depth charts for reg season.
