Clemente, one of the oldest and best (drama-free) private worlds is looking for 1 more owner for next season (32).  We've just rolled over and are looking for new owners asap so we can get started. 
  
We have one league-specific rule and that is an owner who fails to reach a .333 win percentage (54 wins) forfeits his or her first draft pick in the following season.  However, there is a step-up process for new owners so you won't have to worry too much about it for the first couple years.  Your first season you will only have to win 45 games to keep your top pick and your second year you only have to win 50.  This rule is not meant to punish anyone, just to be a deterrent from tanking and to incentivize maintaining a degree of competition for all teams.  I think it has been very successful at that so far and we have never had a team fail to reach the win minimum and hopefully we never will.

Boston (NL East - 74-88) - In 31 seasons, this team has never been out of the first round of the playoffs, despite 7 appearances.  And there isn't much talent on the major league roster.  But on the bright side, there aren't many commitments either, so a rebuild is ready to begin ASAP.
