No, that 12 blatantly RACIST!!! citizens wouldn't decide an obviously RACIST!!!! cop murdered a poor, innocent black person.

Because that's what it ALWAYS is.   No way could it be anything else.

the key was the dispatcher never told the cops the gun was 'fake'. The DA just provides facts... The Jurors can ask questions (including questions to witnesses and experts)... Its always pointed out to a jury who is compensating the experts. The jury makes their own decision - I was just on a Jury last year for a couple weeks and can attest to this. Maybe the system would be better if we scrapped a jury system altogether and just let me make all the decisions, would that be justice in your mind?

The DA controls what arguments are and are not made to the grand jury. They give whatever decision he wants.

LOL.   From what I read it was decided the cop had every reason to believe his life was in danger.    BL would prefer a dozen hesitant cops be shot dead than one black individual pointing what appears to be a real gun at the cops be killed.

Because he's an idiot.

He wasn't involved in Gray's transportation. It makes sense that he wouldn't be convicted of killing Gray. The 5 other officers, on the other hand...
