Just finished up BlueCrew's theme league. I had one pitcher that I used as a middle reliever and spot starter. He managed to get 57 at bats over the course of the season. In those 57 at bats, he had 7 hits and no walks. That ends up as a .123 AVG and an even-worse .121 OBP. Pretty wretched, but hey, what do you expect from a low-IP relief guy?
The catch - with those 7 hits, he had 16 RBI. He got 'em when they counted. If the bases weren't loaded, he wasn't interested.
On the same team, I also had a player with a negative RC value. Never seen that before either.
