With D2 Ineligibles:
- while recruiting a D2 ineligible, can you offer him a Guaranteed Starting Spot and 30 minutes of playing time (even though he won't play at D2 cuz he sits a year... so you can't meet your promise of course)
- if you have a D2 ineligible on your roster (who won't practice), and then take a Walk-on, will your practices become less effective because you only have 10 players at practice?
