I hate to harp on what I said before, but the very first section should be on understanding player ratings and what they do.  It's the first thing new players look at and this guide should tell them what makes a good player.   Just saying overall rating isn't a good indicator isn't good enough.  You have to describe core ratings for each position and the overall impact each rating has on a player's effectiveness.  

Also, in regards to FSS, in the middle of the section you say " Buying FSS is the single most important tool, you can't recruit a good team without knowing potential".  This should be bolded and put at the top of the recruiting section.

I linked the knowledge base to the player rating descriptions, I was planning on showing examples of teams with different styles to highlight how ratings work such as the uber ath/def teams or uber spd/bh/pas teams as they are multiple ways to do well, so I just put a basic intro to focus on ath/def to be able to build a standard team.  I don't know how it fits but I could do examples of good teams earlier where I have my basic info so it would be learning what players are good then how to get those players?  Does that sound better if so I can do that.

On diminishing returns, it is 20 for individual and 25 for team IQ?  I thought it was 25 both ways.

when improving IQ diminishing returns actually kicks in much lower than 25.  I'd actually say it's under 15.  
But you don't really notice the loss of effort until you get closer to 25 minutes.  Once over 25 minutes, you're probably only getting 50% of improvement per minute allocated.
