There is one difference between between Sonics & Thunder.  One of them has a Title.
Sonics were sold out by the local politicians.   Bunch of Liberals would rather watch
tractor pulls than the NBA.  The NBA demands State & Local government help foot
the bill.  That's why Kings are still in Sacramento.
Kudos to Mayor KJ!

Tend to disagree with this one.  Yes state and local should be responsible for infrastructure but stadium?  I believe not.  To give an example on how its should be done look at the NFL and the Eagles.  The owner put money in the loan actually came from the NFL and they lease the ground of the stadium to the City of Philadelphia.  It's win/win all the way around.  This should be the model
