Two questions to stuff I might have missed:

1)  Can the same player be selected twice within a draft if he was on two different teams (ie: 1914 and 1915 Eddie Collins)?
2)  Are the subsequent rounds in this tourney a continuation by the exact teams that advance?

Question 1:  Yes, in the example you give, both seasons are eligible to be drafted (just not by the same owner).
Question 2:  No - each round will be independent of the others.
